territories and APO/FPO addresses). Shipping rates for Next Day
Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select are calculated from current UPS
shipping tables. The shipping charge will be automatically calculated
based upon your order, shipping address, and your choice of ground,
next-day air, or 2nd-day air. We offer these shipping methods to
the following U.S. areas:

Appointment Home Delivery: (All U.S. but not APO/FPO) Use
to arrange specific delivery date and time (9 AM - 8 PM Tues-Sat).
Fedex will phone the recipient in advance to schedule a delivery
time. Must include recipient’s area code
& phone number in shipping address above. Requires
signature.
In addition,
we offer USPS Priority Mail delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO,
& US Territories addresses (American Samoa, Federated States of
Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau,
and Puerto Rico). APO/FPO orders: UPS cannot ship to APO/FPO
addresses, so please select USPS Priority Mail.
To guard against
loss or damage, all orders include shipping insurance
as part of standard shipping charges and processing. Orders shipped
via UPS and FedEx are insured up to $100 at no additional charge.
If you desire additional insurance, please request it at the time
of the order and you will be billed for the higher amount. Please
note that any and all shipments from Supercomfort.com shipped by
any and all carriers (i.e., UPS, Fedex, USPS) may require a signature
for delivery. Should a customer request either in writing or orally
that no signature be required for delivery, the customer bears the
full responsibility for loss or damage for a package left unattended
by the shipping carrier at the destination address, and no compensation
is due. If a customer provides an incorrect address that causes
a delay or failure of delivery, Supercomfort.com reserves the right
to charge the customer an additional $6.99 or the actual cost of
re-shipment or address correction, whichever is greater.

will my order arrive?
Item Availability

On every item
product page is an estimated Item Availability date, i.e., "Availability:
Usually ships in 2 to 3 business days" or "Availability: Usually
ships in 1-2 weeks." Refer to the product page(s) of the item(s)
you ordered to get an estimated availability date. Items in stock
ship either the same day or the next business day. supercomfort.com
will notify you if an item you have selected is currently out of
stock and will ship later than the usual availability date. Allow
3 to 7 business days for ground delivery shipping time in the continental
48 U.S., less for Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air (allow additional time
for intra-Alaskan deliveries), 3 Day Select, and USPS Priority Mail
(generally 2 to 3 days to most locations).
For example,
for standard ground delivery to the continental U.S., allow 1 business
day for availability and add 3 to 7 business days for shipping time
for a total delivery time of 4 to 8 business days. Items in stock
that are ordered with 2nd Day Air will also leave the warehouse
within 1 Business Day, plus 2 days for shipping, meaning that they
should arrive in 3 business days to your location.
