- Locating
the Right Item: Every Supercomfort.com product page has
a keyword search box titled Search for. Enter the
keyword(s) of the items you are interested in and click go. Alternately,
one may browse our products by clicking the links of product sections
on either the horizontal or vertical navigation bars. When you
see an item that interests you, left click on either the product
picture or product title link. You will find more information
about the product.
- Adding
Items to Your Shopping Cart: Click the Add to
Cart button located on the product page of the item you
would like to order. If the item offers a variation such as size,
color, fill weight, etc., make sure to use the drop down menu
selector to choose the desired variation before clicking Add
to Cart. Left click on the drop down menu selector s
right hand side to view the available options and move the mouse
cue to the desired option.
- Review Order
In the Shopping Cart: Review the item(s) and option(s)
of the products listed In Your Order To change the
item quantity, insert the desired number into the quantity field
and click update quantity button. Click the continue
shopping button to continue searching for other items in
the store. Click the Checkout button to proceed
to checkout.
- Enter Shipping
Info: Full name, address, and contact phone number starting
with area code are required. Select Shipping Method. Click Continue
button.
- Enter Payment Info: Enter credit card payment
info via our secure server, and enter the address to which your
monthly card statement is sent. Enter email address for order
confirmation and update/tracking number emails. Optional: Sign
up to receive special email offers & discounts by checking
the sign-up box. Supercomfort.com never sells
nor loans your personal information to anyone, company or organization.
Click the Continue button.
- Final Review Your Order: Please kindly take
a moment to review the accuracy of the information in your order.
Click the Edit button to modify either the shipping
or payment info sections. Click Send Order button
to complete your order.
- Confirmation: Print the order confirmation
page for your records. Thank you for your order! The order confirmation
page lists how to contact Supercomfort.com if you have any questions.
